Terms and Conditions for Ordering

Welcome to Fresh Chow! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By ordering from Fresh Chow, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ordering Process

1.1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website, app, or phone. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

1.2. Order Changes: You may change your order at any time before we dispatch it. Once the order is dispatched, changes will no longer be possible.

1.3. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at any time before delivery has been completed. Cancellations after delivery is complete will not be accepted.

2. Payment

2.1. Accepted Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, GCash, or bank transfer.

2.2. Payment Timing: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

2.3. Payment Confirmation: Once we receive your payment for your order, we will send you a payment confirmation email. After this, your order will be scheduled for delivery.

2.4. Pricing: All prices are listed in Philippine Peso and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Delivery and Pickup

3.1. Delivery Schedule: We guarantee a 3-day delivery time for orders without a pre-order item. However, this guarantee is waived in cases of storms or other disruptions beyond our control. Dispatch of orders takes place from Monday to Saturday, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Delivery time estimates are provided, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed as we rely on third-party delivery services.

3.2. Delivery Delay Compensation: If we are unable to deliver your order within the given 3-day timeframe, you will be entitled to a free 80g pack with your order.

3.3. Pickup: Pickup is available in Parañaque and Pasig. Please allocate a 1-2 day window for us to prepare and arrange your order for pickup. You will be notified on the day your order is ready. Pickup in Pasig may take longer as orders are transferred from Parañaque to our Pasig office.

4. Product Information and Storage

4.1. Product Description: We strive to ensure all product descriptions and information are accurate. However, due to natural variations in ingredients, some minor differences may occur.

4.2. Storage and Usage: Fresh dog food should be refrigerated upon delivery and consumed within the given time frame in each product's packaging. We provide clear storage instructions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow these to maintain food safety.

4.3. Allergies and Dietary Needs: A full list of ingredients is available on our website and packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to review these ingredients and be aware of any dietary needs or allergies their dog may have.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Delivery Condition: It is our responsibility to deliver your order frozen. If you receive your order completely thawed, please inform us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement.

5.2. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if there is an error on our part, such as an incorrect or spoiled product. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Fresh Chow is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes from the consumption of our products if they are not stored or handled as recommended.

6.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed and does not extend to any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. We value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
